**Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy**
All course registrations are final and non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, you may request to reschedule your training **one (1) time only**, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be submitted **before the course start time**.
Once a course has been rescheduled, no further changes, transfers, credits, or refunds will be provided.
Participants who do not attend their scheduled course without providing prior notice will forfeit their registration and course fee.
